Carpenters for Christ 2024

You too can be part of this volunteer mission’s team by committing to participate in this year’s project in Iron City, TN. The trip will start on Thursday, May 23rd and go thru Thursday 30Th. In this time, we plan to complete the framing for a new worship space and classrooms for Fairview Free Will Baptist church. The building will have a basement and one-story sanctuary space above the basement over 5,000 sq. ft. We will use floor trusses and roof trusses for construction.

To help cover trip expenses such as food, tool maintenance and other expenses we ask for a donation from each participant as shown below:

• $120 / adult for the full project
• $70 / spouse or child \ teen for the full project
• $35 / for children 12 and under
• For those who can’t get away for the full project the 1ST day cost is $35 and $20 for subsequent days with a cap of the full week cost as shown above.
• We have scholarships available for those who have difficulties with the cost.

We will be staying at Fairview Freewill Baptist Church and possibly at a local fire department.
